Plastic covering inside wheel lining?
Does anyone know what the plastic covering inside the front wheel lining is called? The plastic piece that covers up the windshield wiper fluid container on the passenger side?

I was driving on the freeway the other day and my passanger side just came off and my tire ate it up.
