Am working on a restore/street rocket project to make my '72 240 match my NISMO and while we all know that the "knobby" door panel material can be a pain to keep clean, the devil is in the details and I want to use some of the material in my 240 doors as an accent. I'm been COMPLETELY unsuccessful at trying to track down the manufacturer of the raw material as Nissan only provides molded panels. If anyone has a tip, I'd greatly appreciate it...even a way to track down a busted door panel...am in touch with all of my local body shops, but nothing has come through. I can't come close to bringing myself to pay the $800+ for a new one just to see if I can strip the material!
