Help! Anyone know if you can order
hey guys...i did a dumbass move the other day and left my cologne bottle on my leather seat...and i have the burnt orange leather seats....turns out the cologne leaked out a little bit and stained my beautiful passenger seat...about the size of a silver dollar....it straight ate through the top layer of leather...and now theres a big nasty bruise colored ( blueish/black) spot in the middle of my passenger seat...
i hate myself for doing this...but do any of you know of any good ideas of how to fix this? i tried using a leather cleaner...but that didnt do squat....the leather is messed up....
i wanted to know if it was possible to actually call the factory that makes the leather for these seats and buy a sheet of it and have my seat re-done...
any tips?? advice?

Oh man, I wish I had some sort of knowledge that could help you. That sucks, and unfortunately it's going to cost you quite a bit to get fixed properly.

Burnt orange can be pretty expensive to replace depending on what half of the seat you damaged (bottom or top).
If you're worried about paying too much from the upholstery shop, use this page as reference for what an OEM placement would be:

i agree with robbins...i was racing an 08 eclipse, i bust his a$$ but at the end i lost control of the car and started spinning and slammed onto a curb and ended up with 3 flats and 1 rims was broken into peices....so i replaced with all aftermarket!
That's sort of an extreme example, but sure!Honestly, as long as you can find an interior shop that can find you the same color, it will cost less to fix it than to replace with aftermarket seats by a large margin. But it's always a good excuse to buy aftermarket. (the women don't know any better, just tell them you HAVE to replace)
Can always post up a WTB thread, maybe someone already swapped to aftermarket themselves and have stock seats collecting dust. Problem is finding that particular color though...
I had the something similar happen to me. I used a kit to repair it. Not perfect but definitely looks better. I am going to aftermarket soon so I just needed a quick fix. Did not see a burnt orange color on their website but they maybe able to help.

See, go aftermarket now or you will end up going later. Unless you find some one in classifieds that upgraded with your color but you might find yourself on here daily.
