I have yet to buy from them but thanks for the heads up. Maybe this will get them to check there emails and PMs more often. Sure most will just defend the vender here cus you did not call or bug them but if you do then your a pest. I personally think they should ALL send a email/pm with your order number + ETA on shippment. But thats just me, I work for a large broker dealer and when our clients buy a stock or mutual fund you better bet your @$$ they get a confirmation number and then another mailed to them before or at the settlement date. So I understand the customers need for communication and follow through.
They run a mail order business not an autoforum pm business. Yes they pm pricing but take care of business with them directly over the phone. Intense has great customer service.
Also, another way I've gotten to them when needed is using AOL IM, every single time I ever asked a question, it was answered quickly on there as well. Just FYI.
i ordered tons of things from intense ....ive had nothing but good service( even when there prices are higher i generally still order from them because i feel more comfortable and i know my stuff is guaranteed to come/and in 1 piece...free of issues)
yea darren and the guys at intense are great...just call them up. I ordered couple things from them and everything was perfect...sure this is just some miscommunication. Call em up =)

I have ordered tons of stuff from them seats, body kits,power lab kit, ECT, ECT, never any issues like someone said even if its a little more money I just know I will get what I ordered. And on the rare occasion something is wrong they have always made it right. When they moved there was a little issue getting thru on the phone but now they are back on track, we even had darren call us from the airport on a friday night around 9 pm as he was shipping out our turbo kit air frieght so we would have saturday morning now thats customer service that goes way above and beyond there is no better vendor out there.
FWIW, trying to call Intense right now and guess what - no-one answering the phone, no voicemail, nothing!!!!!!
Phone just rings and rings and rings.........
