Cincity Headlights Review and LOTS OF PICS!!!
I've been wanting to post a thread on my experience @ Cincity for about 2 months now and I finally found time(and rememebred) to take pics today. So this is the story of my Cincity experience.
First of I bought the headlights in the time when the prices were different from TB than Nic which I wasn't happy with beacus why are eth prices different from the same company Well I let that go and I went with Nic's pricing. I sent my headlights in and from that day I texted Nic almost everyday getting updates. He just amazed me with his responses, the fact that he had them and so frequently. I am very paranoid about my mods and like to know everythign down the teh detail and Nic was very very helpful. After I get my headlights I see that one headlight condensated after a wash. I was kinda angry casue i had to wait 3 weeks to get them and know i had to send them back for another 3 weeks I texted Nic and he called me asap. He told me he would fix it asap and he woudl pay for shipping back and I would pay for shipping there and he would also add a Demon Eye for any inconvinience A smile immeditaely came on my face. He also paid brand new eyelidS after he only melted one in the oven. Just to sum it up, I am so satisfied as a customer I can't even describe it. I had a very similiar experience with Stillen when my headers were fcuked. Nic did everything he could in order to make me satisfied, he even texted me back at dinner and stayed on the phone wiht me for 30 min to help me with some wiring. All in all, Cincity is really a good company that I would highly recoomend. It seems that because a coupel poeole said they dont' liek Cincity the whoel forum has gotten on teh bandwagon of Cincity Sucks and bad customer service. They are a business and they get busy, but given a fair amount of time I believe they produce some of the highest quality headlight modification bar none!
MODS:
Sti Lens
Demon Eye
Red Halo
White Halo
4 White LED Swap
Color Matched Magnetic Black Paint
Luxeon White LED Front Turn Signals(Off of Superbrightleds.com)
Sorry for the long read.
Cliffnotes
1) Amazing communication(texting and phone calls constantly)
2) Headlight Condensated after 3 week wait
3) Shipped it back at my expense, Nic fixed it and added a demon eye for inconvinience and paid for shipping back.
4) Paid for two brand new eyelids after he melted one
5) Headlights look sick
6)110% satisfied
Now on to the only part people care about: PICS!!!

Hahah thx and np. I got them painted at Deluxe Auto Body two shops over from Precision Z. Got them painted for $50. Best price I could find and precision recommened them. Did a good job. Includes taking off handles to paint and reinstall.
