Question Looking for a CF hood with a 2in or so cowl

Could you recommend me a functional cf hood that can clear at least 2"-3". Reason I ask is because I am putting in a LSX engine and I am going to have a twin screw blower sitting on top of the engine. If I don't go that rout I still need the clearance for a sheet metal intake. Thanks for the help.

ummm, how bout the one Stillen makes to clear their SC

Either way, seems like there would be a lot more things to focus on with a project like that before worrying about the hood.

You should contact Noah, to my knowledge he is the only guy with an LS series engine in a 350z. Everyone else will only be guessing.

EDIT: I believe he also sold his Z.

Welcome.

As Cheston said, any decent body shop/fab shop should be able to modify the OEM hood to your needs and liking. There is no CF hood made to fit an LS series engine because...well...there is an extremely limited market that would want/need it.

If I recall correctly, Noah had a factory/factory style hood.
