That has to be one of the best looking interior mods I have seen to date, IMO. A DIY would be perfect.

Looks identicle to the fabric BMW is using on the new M series cars interior trim!

Very tasteful and extremely well executed job! I love it!

It is not my taste because I do not like carbon fiber, but you did an excellent job! And I agree it is no more rice than real carbon fiber.

Ive seen this fabric wrapped around speaker boxes and always thought about doing my enclosure. I think it looks great. People that buy 600 carbon fiber kits are buying it for "looks" so why not get the look for WAY less. Good job OP. You are now required to post a DIY or your PM box is going to explode!

I like it alot! I would do this not just for the look, but also because the factory rubber crap is scratched on my center console and it looks 10000 times better than paint. Great post man, I dig it!

To people who are interested in this material;
I'm not a store....I work in a design industry. I know that we will be getting some more fabric within 2 weeks. This is the exact same material that I've used in my interior.
I'll make sure that I save some for the people who have PM'd me.
Depending on where you are, the price that I gave you includes shipping cost...maybe a couple of dollars more for west coast.
I'll let you know once I find the exact date.
Thanks again for the positive comments.

I'm not sure if this is the same material. Our import manager orders the fabric from the oversea manufacturer. I can't really get much info. on the supplier/product spec. from him....
You can try the store...maybe it is......
It may just be a similar product because, the price doesn't seem to make sense for a retailer.
....anyway, I'm happy with what I have.
