Default splash hub mounting issue

I bought a splash hub like this one http://z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?model...or&prodid=1264 to go with my works bell quick release and personal str. wheel (all authentic parts). It's the short version. When i installed it, I noticed the wheel position (rotation) was off by 3-4 degrees. I thought it was my mistake, so I redid it again and again only to find out there is no way to center it. So it was either off to the right or left, but never centered. Turns out that the "teeth" inside that hub (where the steering rod goes into) are indeed positioned differently than those of the stock str. wheel. It's clear when you compare both side by side. I thought of getting another alignment to solve this, but would rather just get a different hub. Is there a hub that's guaranteed to mount like the factory wheel does ?
