has anyone experienced this problem? i bought an 08 awhile back and every other time i wash the car, or when it rains sometimes it leaks water into the pillar area where the stock tweeter is located. the amount of water is only a little bit. the car only has 1,955 miles on it. i would believe that this shouldnt happen for a long time.
thanks for any insight

I know there is a reset procedure for the window motors to go through. Probably all that needs to be done in your case. I'm sure I've seen it posted in the forum before so do some searching and I'm sure you'll find it.

yeah i know what your talking about the whole reset thing, but on a brand new car.
i had to reset the window on my 03 when i replaced the passenger motor, but i wouldnt think i would need to do that in this case
i guess ill just take it to the dealership

Even though the engines, cooling system, ATs, elctrical system ('xept for the power window motors), etc., in our beaZts are excellent, there ARE a few gremlins to work out for Nissan engineers. What you're telling about is one of them. Also, the gas release latch thingy, the MTs, the power window motors--like I mentioned earlier--and a couple other flaws marr the image of an otherwise fine sports car. BTW!, in the latest Auto issue of CR, our monZters ARE one of the few reliable/recommended sports cars!
