I ordered my shifter boot and parking brake boot Black/Red JDM stitching from redlinegoods.com for my NISMO and plan to put them in. The shifter is pretty easy, but the parking brake since it doesn't have one already I wondered how people installed them?

Any tips on that? I did search and really could not find much.

I am not sure if you have the OEM brake handle or not, but it looks like this DIY could apply to stock or aftermarket. I hope that offers some help.

I'll save you the grief (I had one at one point)

they fit like utter crap, and will not stay secured properly. It ends up bunching up and pushing the sides of the rubber "surround" making it bulge

I ended up throwing mine in the trash after growing tired of constantly "fixing" it

 

Bummer.
