08 Hood Conversion?

Anyone try putting an 03-06 hood on a 07-08 z? I don't really like the look of the hood and was thinking about just slapping a nice 03-06 cf hood on the car but wanted to know if it would fit?

+1. The hood came raised like that from the factory for a reason...

what if you lifted the hood area closest to the windshield with spacers like those race/drift 350z's have lol. worth an idea?

well that's what I was thinking plus i notices the engine isn't that much higher it's the stupid engine cover. I want to find out if anyone has actually tried it. Not if you think it'll work.
