I bet your fingers are sore for trying to pry them open unless you had some help.

Yours look awesome!!

I am in the process of doing my '06+ lights too. I blacked out everything though. I have used the oven method for my '05 lights but this time I tried the heatgun, and WOW, what a difference! So much easier to get the lens off, it was unbelievable. I recommend trying a heat gun if you decide to do this again. my housing isnt all the way together yet (adding the demon eye tomorrow) so I was just holding the projector in for the pic thats why it is a little crooked.

Nice! Did you manage to drop the bumper without using jacks and removing the wheels? How long did it take? Also, did you have to readjust your headlights after putting everything back together?

I found some LEDs at pep boys with the resistor already wired for like $7.99 a 3 pack. I havent actually mounted the LED yet, (still trying to decide where to mount it exactly) I took the projector housing and just held the LED inside and moved it around until the light was evenly spread across the lens. As soon as I find a good way to mount it, I will post a DIY....

Thanks guys! Yea my friend used the heat gun method but melted the corner of oneof his lights so I decided to bake mine.. I think it went well considering it was a single shot attempt and no room to mess up with the baking.. It's not as bad as some ppl make it out to be, just take ur time!
