need help id'ing lip kit

my gf wants to buy this kit but i cant tell from the pics what it is. and i called they guy but he doesnt seem to know what he has lol.
rear looks like a half bumper.. THANKSS

The rear doesn't even look like it's for a Z, what's with the license plate section there?

I would pass on this if I were you. You know nothing of the kit, much less it's quality. Spend the money and get one that you won't spend a fortune on just to make it fit right (if that kit is even for a 350)
