i have a 2006 350z touring. I recently noticed some water stains inside of both of the headlights, i have 34000 miles on it hence still under warranty do u think they will replace the headlights for me if i take it to the dealership?

 

3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. I'd place a call to your dealer and have them verify you're still under warranty first.
