Default Should I? or not?

The brackets on the bottom of my rear bumper were broken, so I took them off. For the hell of it, I put up the "tuck" part and am considering leaving it up.

If it's left alone, I always feel it's catching air flowing under the car and either creating drag or stressing my rear bumper mounting spots.

Car looks like an SUV, but I was taking the pictures off the ground angled up.

The wood adds a nice touch I would leave it up. It looks good with the Nismo rears on there. I did mine w/my HKS and get compliments all the time.

It was the best way to push it up straight.

I'd like to show off an HKS. My muffler is a bit small, but at least it's shiny I guess? Personally, I'm leaning towards tucking it.

If it were a stock muffler I would say no, but yours looks fine. It's quite an easy mod to do. 3 self tappers with a small washer on each and BAM. Just make sure you get screws with a meaty thread to get a good bite in the aluminum.

I love letting things sag and flap around naturally.

Do it! The brackets are broke already. My only suggestion is to get some really small metal screws and some washers. It will help minimize the the holes in your bumper if you ever want to let it back down. I like how mine looks!

I did eeeet!

I drilled 4 7/64 holes to start things off.

I used self-tapping screws/bolts about 3mm wide and with a 10mm head. So I've got 3mm holes in my bumper if I ever want to let it back down.

I think it looks pretty good, especially with the rear Nismo doohickies.

I gotta get the car up on a lift and go to town with some stainless polish to shine everything up.

Gotta see if I can polish out the color changing a little. Looks like it has poop-stained shorts.
