What front clip is this?

What front clip is this?
I've been all over the internet looking for an identical one and can't seem to track it down.
I've had a few people say its a Nismo V1, but the pictures I've found of said bumper look different. For one, there is a distinguishing line between the lower lip and the rest of the bumper, which mine does not have. Secondly, there's no front emblem. There's not even a recess for it. Third the little black bracket in the middle of the grille does not have a circular hole in it as I've seen in other pics.
Forgive the shadow.
