Where are you in Germany? Nice interior. I should have my Z in Germany in Feb. Do you know of any shops in Germany? I'm in the kaiserslautern area.

What kind of roll bar are you going to install with those harnesses?

Does the harness bar protect you in a rollover, or are you not going to actually be wearing the belts?

I'm not sure if it's just for looks, or how extensively you'll use them as "racing seats", but the I've posted before that I think the Tenzo-R seats looks really good.

Roll cage /=/ roll bar. I seriously don't understand why people change the seats and put in harnesses for a street car. Point-being, is that if you wear the harnesses for street driving - which there is no logic for in my opinion - and you get into a roll-over accident without a roll BAR, there exists a likely possibility and added percentage that you will break your neck and die; the harnesses will keep you in place making your head the balance point as the roof collapses. Joy.

BTW, half the seats shown in this thread - including the Megan's in the original post - aren't "racing seats". Real racing seats have no reclining adjustment.

Just an FYI that's why I quoted "racing seats", I was simply stating they look nice.

Like i said it is a weekend car. The seats and belts I feel do serve a purpose but it also adds style inside the car.

What about the Buddy Club Racing Spec seats? There not FIA approved, but they do look like good quality seats. Plus they only weigh about 5kg each, and they have direct replacement rails for the Z. I'm considering them but still haven't decided.
