Default Any one with Stillen Grill please read this.... I need your help!!!~

hi guys, I just order my stillen grill today from David at 350z forums ( great price David !!! ), and I have some questions need you guys too help me answer, First, is it hard to put it on yourself or it needs alot the work to be done by professional or yourself, second, does it require to take the front bumper n the factory grill off in order to put this on, if yes, how do I take the bumper n the factory grill off, and what do I need to pay attention when I taking them off, thanks

the stillen grille was very easy to install, so i'm sure you can install by yourself. i don't think the removal of the bumper is necessary, but i did remove mine upon installation as i was doing some other mods at the same time. the grille is basically just attached by small metal clips and it goes over the stock grille.

the bumper is attached by a lot of plastic clips and a bolt on each side, if i remember correctly. if you are gonna so the reflective corner lenses at the same time i strongly suggest you remove the bumper as the passenger side lense was kinda difficult. try doing a search for bumper removal for more detailed instructions.

btw.... i'm not a man

It really easy you can attach the clips by unscrewing the bottom plastic piece under your bumper then you can get behind the grill very easy.

350zya...thats the route i took...but then ..just the other day i realized an even easier method!!

pop the hood....fit the grille over the stock one

and then just stick ur hand down through the hood (there is enough room) and just attach the metal clamps that they give you

its pretty easy

Your car looks great! Dumb question...is the Stillen grill the same as a billet grill? Also, what kind of wheels do you have? TIA

Stillen grill is actually made by Street Scene and it is not a billet style grill. His wheels are the ones thast come on the Performance or 6-speed Touring models. He probably had them chromed or polished.
