Alright well if you were to do something subtle like that why not be a little more creative than flames? I like the "ghost" idea, but if you could incorporate something more interesting then it may work after all. Something that flows with the body yet not too ricey at the same time. Subtlety is key.

I think adding shadows that progressively fade and accent the body would work, focusing on the curves specially on the fenders, rear *** and if the vehicle is HR, then as well as on the hood. I'm no good with photoshop but maybe some one could take a stab at it.

yeah, that sounds pretty cool, i wish i could see some custom paint examples, maybe i was just going with the flames because i haven't seen that much of anything else on the z

If you like the flames then do it. Don't mod your car based on the opinions here. It's your car.

tru, i can see if they didn't even go with the flow of the car...but i did kinda like the ghost flames on the brickyard z i saw in that pic...really didn't like the chrome wheels or painted calipers....i went to a shop my dad goes to and the guy said he could do something like that for around 1200....not bad considering he did my dad's chevelle for 1500 and that was the whole front end of the car including fenders
