Default Car got broken into! Need advice

Hey guys
A few nights ago, some douchebags went around and broke into 6 cars on my neighborhood street. Mine being one of them....they broke the driver side window in and stole my gps, old cell phone, sunglasses, bluetooth headset, and my cologne (who the F**K steals cologne?!?!) Well anyways, I ended up finding a replacement window off of an 06...however, my car is an '05. Do you guys know if it will fit on my car? I know that Nissan changed some specs on the 06-08 models, but wasn't sure if they changed the frame dimensions. Any help would be appreciated guys

I'm sure it will be fine.

Why not make an insurance claim and have them take care of it? From the value of the items lost, I'm sure it will cover the deductible.

I didn't want to go through insurance because I didn't want my insurance rate to go up...AND because I'd rather spend a few hundred dollars rather than the $500 deductible right now.

Anyone else who's familiar with putting 06+ body parts on 03-05 models?

hit up www.courtesynissan.com and send the question to their parts support, I bet they provide an answer.

as long as you got a police report and that i have never heard of insurance rates going up because of an act of vandalism. but paying less than your deductable is good.

and FYI, there was no major body part changes to the 350Z. that being said parts from one year will fit on all years.
