it dropped from somewhere under the steering wheel or somewhere else....

i found it on the floor of the driver's side.

does anyone know where i should put it back?????? plz help!!!!!!

 

Door handle plastic.

Goes under the handle inside.

 

so how do i put it back??? where's the door handle??? i have no idea...:-(

 

On the inside of the door... there's the silver handle you pull to open the door from the inside. Open the door, and pull the handle. While you have it pulled, slide the piece underneath the handle and push it down so it clips into place.

LH is on the plastic, so it's labeled for the LEFT HAND side.

you may have let go of the handle to hard or slammed the door

Sorry...that really just cracked me up. I guess if you welded your door shut and only climb in/out of the window, then you wouldn't know.

lol..sorry sorry.. i guess i should say, i know where the door handle is..but i don't know where this plastic should go under the door handle...cus everytime i open/close the car door, i don't really pay a lot of attention to it....:-)

i might need to pay closer attention next time..
