in any case the vendor assured me that the hood was never used but that i did the right thing if i wasnt happy with the quality of the product. i will give them the benefit of a doubt and figure out what i should do once they get the hood back. i will update you guys in about a week.

Sorry to hear you go through this. This is exactly why we limit the aero firms we deal with and why over the past couple years we've decided to either not deal with many who approached us, or dropped the ones that weren't up to snuff

That's terrible man. It sucks some vendors will suck your dick to get your money, but once they have it, it's a different story. Hopefully everything goes smooth with the fix.

I would suggest to call your credit card company for a refund, and stop dealing with that vendor. No one needs to be put in that position or what not. Due to several bad/sour experiences with a particular vendor on this site, I have now taken necessary precautions and time to conduct research before i make any purchase. Believe me, as long as you do the proper research, you can fish out pretty much any BS. That's why i have already X'd out many of the vendors on this site, and only order through a select few. Hope everything works out bro...

On a serious note....sorry to hear that happened. You should though mention the vendor so we all know who it was so we can be aware of them in case it happens again.
It's like user feedback on ebay or here. It protects the buyer.
