I didn't see Peter post up trash talk... All he said was that every vendor has problems no matter what. Whether it be quality of a product, shipping, damage, fitment etc.

To clarify, No this was not from M1.

And Yes we have had problems but we try our best to resolve them.

customer service is not that difficult. ive done it for many years. be honest and informative. "Hey, John Doe, I'm sorry but the container we were suppose to receive this week has been delayed. Our supplier in, China told us we would have it this week but unfortunately it has not arrived. I apologize for the delay but as of right now it is out of our hands but we will continue to stay on top of the situation and let you know when the product arrives. I assure you that we are keeping in contact with our supplier and making sure they know our customers are demanding their products and are very upset over the situation. Thanks again for your patience. If for any reason you would like to cancel your order just let us know and we will take care of you one way or another."

took me 2 minutes to type that. not very hard to do it. i guess some people have zero common sense or sense of customer service.

Heres some advice: call the vendor and demand your money put back on your card then call the card company and tell them whats going on. Do you really want these parts from these people after all this? Hell no Take your money and business elsewhere. One day you will learn to do this much sooner. Take charge, you'll feel good about yourself

Sigh, sounded way too familiar. Call and file a charge back bro, don't wait. I went through it once, and that vendor has forever lost my business. Don't let them push you around. I can almost guarantee you that something will come up again.

LOL! i didn't think that this would get to this point. I am actually dealing with the vendor and he is "trying to fix things". He seems to be having issues with his carrier. He has until monday evening to get my stuff on a brown truck. I have not read about too many issues with this vendor besides my own personal experiences. How he deals with my case will determine my discretion and my future dealings with him. Like i said, I'm gonna let him do the right thing and fix this right away. Anyways there seems to be some bright bulbs that already posted on this thread

I truly want to believe you, I dont mean to point you guys out, or thrash you in anyway... but I have been waiting 2 MONTHS to get my parts from M1autosport. I made my first purchase with you guys on march 3rd and I understood you guys were "low" on parts and waited a bit.
Peter told me friday on may the 8th my parts would be done by tomarrow may the 11th and be shipped out that same day.
It seems like everytime I call You guys need another week to work on my parts.
I have asked you ERIC to please post pictures of my "Finished" products or send me pictures of them to my email to confirm they have been finished,
however I have gotten NO responses or pictures from you richie or peter.

You all may check my posts under the Vendor Classifieds-body exterior(under any of their threads) and see how all my posts go unanswered.

Im am a very patient guy and you guys at m1autosport have had more than enough time to deliver on your end.
Im Still giving you guys the benefit of the doubt, that you can have my parts done and shipped by tomarrow monday may the 11th, and I still expect QUALITY parts from you guys and I will check them when I recieve them.
I will call tomarrow and if you guys have not shipped my stuff by noon please just refund my credit that is over 2 G's.

I understand how mistakes can be made but I have been more than patient and linient and from what I can see not much has been done to correct the problem. How are you guys, Peter Eric and Richie, at M1autosport gonna handle this for me?

Default Vendor revealed!

okay time to reveal the vendor... its, you guessed it Mastergrade! Honestly, I never wanted it to get to this point. I was hoping that boomer at MG would get his head out of his @ss and get my product to me ASAP. Instead it was constant phone games and excuses upon excuses. I bet the ratio between me trying to call mg vs mg trying to call me is at least 15:1. This is not because I am an obsessed freak, but when it comes to me making a large purchase I expect to get some customer service. Not have to try to call 5 times in one day and not get a single response for days if even. I am sick of dealing with this and I will be contacting my CC company to dispute the charges. I warn anyone who deals with this vendor to be careful and be sure that there are no problems to start with. Some issues I had dealt with with MG: carrier not picking up items, carrier refusing delivery, carrier issues etc.... I understand that all vendors may have issues with their carriers but come on! how hard is it to phone another carrier to pick up ASAP. On top of that, how hard is it to just answer your phone and say: Hello Customer, We currently are having difficulties with our carrier. If this problem persist, we will be contacting a different carrier to ensure your product arrives promptly and safely. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted on the situation. > Of course this is what I hear from MG on the 10th call but not once is there a follow up. Boomer if you are reading this. You better do something to make this better soon. I'm done trying to reach you and hear your excuses.

On another note, Is there a reliable vendor that can get me an Asuka 2 hood and MG hatch. i have money available and am willing to purchase ASAP. I just want to drive my Z again.

From hearing your situation regarding phone calls, i already knew that it was Mastergrade. They have been recently unbanned, and are doing business on this forum as we speak. I waited 4+ months on Asuka typeII hood that was suppose to be the greatest hood at that time..... Jim was very suave and talked me into it. Money sent, then Jim was gone from the face of this earth. Long story short, i never received my hood. Mastergrade has forever lost their credibility with me due to lack of communication, poor customer service, and last but not least, lied to my face about everything. In business, its all about word of mouth. If there is one unsatisfied customer, their experience will spread like a wild fire by word of mouth. And that's all it takes to bring down a business.
