costly CF just to end up sharpie'ing the edges...and for some painting the edges of the roof black...plus all that double sided tape to use......so not worth it.

he had it for a long time.... i remember the guy didnt have his G for like half a year....... the deal was for him to end up with some CF parts but got dented parts plus extra damage to the car.

Woohoo! Another jump on the bandwagon bashing! As a former/current R&D car for Mastergrade, I still have nothing but praise for them. Not sure what happened with Blake

It's a 50/50 chance. Just like any other shops, if they have a mediocre reputation move on and go to a better shop. I dont want to go in to the shop hoping I wont be one of those with bad experiences because knowing my luck I will be counting myself with them at the end

So with all these problems with Mastergrade, where is the best place to get the Asuka Design Hatch? I've always wanted that hatch but now I'm scared to order one.

Haha good luck with that. I only know of a few who carry the hatch. You could try M1. I know they carry MG and asuka parts. Or just keep an eye on the private classifieds for one. I've seen a few of them lately.

I wouldn't be surprised they talked smack about me as well. I had to deal with a bunch of incompetent individuals who didn't return phone calls nor updates for 4 months. After i had unleashed my horrid experience with Mastergrade, I had asked for Mastergrade to remove my pictures from their website. They PM'd me and told me they would immediately, and asked me if there was anything they could do to win my business back. It has been about two weeks since i had asked them to have my pictures removed. Guess what folks, its still on there!! Seriously, if a simple task like that can't even be done, what else can you expect from Mastergrade?

But chris you're also friends with Boomer and they have a sponsorship with you if I'm not mistaken (I could be wrong), so of course they will give you better service. EVERY shop is going to have a mess up every now and then, it's to be expected. The true measure of the shop is in how they correct the situation and how well they communicate about the issues. This is where mastergrade seems to really be dropping the ball is in the communication department. Plus I keep hearing more and more issues with quality and fitment too. Hell, Keith had a hell of a time with his order from them and the fitment was really bad and to be tweaked a bunch to get the defuser to fit.

Someone need to keep these a$$holes off this site for good. They have done nothing but screw up every way possible. Anyone who does buisness with them after all the problems deserves what they get.
