Exclamation Issues With Mastergrade <---------{

From fellow myg37 member:

"Well as some of you know my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Its been well over a year now from when I first dropped my car off and still dont have my parts. Not only that but my car has damage from when it was at mastergrade which has still not been taken care of. After about 6 or 8 months of waiting I went to pick up my car without it being done. I was the one who had to assemble my car.. I had to put a SEIBON hood on it to be able to drive it back.. The car was scratched up and dirtier than I had ever seen it.. I was promised my car would be garaged at the owners house.. It was NOT. The interior was full of saw dust and other materials with parts laying all over the back seat.. And the car was on empty.. I dropped it off with a full tank of gas, not to mention there was 1000 more miles then when it was dropped off. Boomer said that the parts would be ready in two weeks after I picked it up that day, Its been over 4 months and all I have are mastergrade A pillars which look like ****, a hood that fits 10x worse than seibon's hood, and a roof cap with fade spots all over it.. Which is how it came. They tried to bring me a trunk but it was so scratched up that I refused to take it. I was away for about 10 weeks so my dad began to deal with Boomer since I was unable to.. Here are the emails that they exchanged.

Now.. Boomer is still continuing to lie to my father and I daily and making up CRAZY excuses about all of this. I will have pictures of the damage and parts that he tried to give me soon.. See emails below..."

Boomer,
Sorry I can not wait any longer. You can put everything else on
tomorrow and the hood at a later date. See you in the morning. This
last minute cancel again is not fair considering I am hiring someone
to drive the car there and wait for it.

Hey Rick I got horrible news for you, we brought out the hood today getting it ready for the install tomorrow and saw a big dent in it. Looks like someone drop something on it during the move process. I don't want you to think I'm trying to delay this but the hood looks horrible and will take me 4 days to make another one. I feel real bad about this... Do you mind If we reschedule. Again I am real sorry I should of checked earlier in the week

Regards
Boomer

02-19-09Boomer,

Thank you for your response. I believe I can make that happen. I need your address please. I am guessing I will need a trailer or truck to transport the current hood and trunk back home correct? Are there any other parts I will need to transport?

Sorry for the late response... Again I'm real busy with my move. I. An schedule Blakes car in on the 27th... Between 12am and 5pm.. Let me know if this is good

Boomer

02-11-09
Boomer,

I am not use to being ignored or dealing with people who do not keep their word. Please give me an update or I will be forced to turn this over to my law firm. I hate to do that since it will be expensive for both of us, however I will be seeking attorneys fees from you and feel I have a good chance of recovering them based on the events that have taken place. There is also the issue of the car being driven when it was in your possession.

On 11-14-09 you said after we brought the car to you everything would be ready in two weeks.

Then you said for sure by January 30th

Here we are at 2-11.

2-2-09
I asked again if we could bring the car in. No response

02-02-09
Boomer,

Are you ready to finish Blake's car?

01-13-09Boomer,

Wow I thought it was going to be ready in December. Can you commit to 1-31-09 for an install date. Rob will not be driving it this time.

Boomer

01/07-09Boomer,

Is everything ready for Blake's car?

12-30-08
Boomer,

Are all of the parts ready for install?

11-14-08
Boomer,

You never answered my last email. Can you give me a date of when Blokes parts will be ready? Also what does he have coming form you?

10-27-08
Boomer,

So how much longer? Will you be installing everything on his car? How long will you need the car for to do that? He is getting a hood, truck and something for the roof too is that correct?

Were working on vented carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber trunk, carbon fiber side pillars, and also a carbon fiber roof top. Were finished with the carbon side pillars. Were working on the hood and the trunk everyday. Were hoping the prototype will be complete this coming week. Were working on 3 different cars at the same time...so we have a lot of projects. When we finished with the prototypes, it will take 1 week for every single mold. So I'm hoping everything will be finished by June. I have a GTR coming in on july, so everything gotta be complete to make for my next project. Everything on his car is a sponsorship, Blake is working with a variety of big company's.. so front cover of a magazine will be in his future. His car will be all over California so we want to make sure his vehicle shine over others. If you have any futher questions, please feel free to ask.

best regards
Boomer

Another one of those Mastergrade horror stories..... Sorry to hear your ordeal with Matergrade. When comes to Boomer, he lacks communication and customer service skills that are crutial to sustain a business. I guess he still hasn't learned. Another horror story that reinforces Mastergrade sucks ***.................................

I'm glad that you posted this i will be sure to never do business with mastergrade. I don't get business's like this. In the end they screw themselves over more than the individual customer they screwed.

Between Showstoppers and now this, it's obvious Mastergrade's gotta go. This vendor has been a nightmare for too many members.
