Default Spoilerdepot.com Yay or Nay???

Does anyone have any experience with spoilerdepot.com? I was looking at their Nismo replica and was wondering if anyone has purchased that particular spoiler.

http://www.spoilerdepot.com/spoilers...pe/item-02139/

One user keeps saying spoilerdepot.com in some of the posts I've read but I don't know if he's legit. Please let me know, thanks!

I appoligize in advance if this question has been asked already -B

Or you could always PM umm.... a vendor..... ahem.....

I have them in stock and we can do paint but we recommend going local.

i agree going with a vendor first, but in regards to spoilerdepot, they seemed to be a good company. bought a wing for my other car 5 yrs ago from them, and its still on. paint shows regular wear just like the rest of the car and fortunately i didnt have to paint at my shop bc i got the spoiler right after i bought the car so paint match was immaculate.

don't let a website paint it imo. not every car is in the same condition, same paint color, things fade. you want your painter to be able to make it look natural on your car, it could look off and you'd hate it.

also, these replica nismo spoilers.. the one I had was so terrible we couldn't fit it to the car without looking out of place. the tips were flexing on the car, a common trait for the replicas. the base was kind of crappy and looked like it needed some work to make it flush..

I got the authentic for 220$ shipped I think. why go replica?

i forgot where i got mine

but i think it might be from spoilerdepot

if it is, its good stuff. the paint match was perfect on my silverstone

but it didnt curve perfectly to the shape of the rear trunk

had to put some heavy objects on top overnight to press it down and it became ok

Hummm, I was interested because it would be $360 painted and shipped but if the fitment isn't going to be right then F it, maybe I'll try to find an authentic one on here.

I bought an OEM style spoiler from them about 18 months ago. Their communication is horrible and they took a while to ship it. I requested to have it prepainted also and even that was not the best. I would go with a vendor and have it painted locally so they can better match the car's paint.
