Hey guys i got a pearl white 04 Z ... i want to paint the roof black and also the little part in the front bumper under the grill black ... do i need to get a state permit to change the color of my car to what i said?
I want it to look like how it looks in the pictures

yeah i dont want to change my rims .. i can take them to a rim shop that paints them and do it there no biggie
and where can i get that vynil that you are talking about?
im undecisive as hell right now.. dam it i dont know if i should change the color or leave it as it is

NO paint needed
all you need is a vinyl roof overlay and a small CF lip to get the look you're going for.

The roof overlay shouldn't be hard to find either.
Oh, and even though axis wheels aren't all that, ...shine's are teh sex

i say go for the two-tone look. my rx8 is blk/gry two-tone and it draws looks everywhere. very unique. and dont get vinyl, please. plus, when I compared the two prices, my body shop was actually $275 less than what the vinyl place said it would cost, and that did include the annoyingness of having to install the vinyl
