Question Nismo V2 Spoiler - Fitment Question

Been looking at the Nismo V2 spoiler (or similar). Really want the spoiler but hav a bad feeling I am going to be thwarted.

Does the fitting of this spoiler require drilling holes outside the area normally covered by the standard spoiler?

i.e. If I fitted a Nismo V2 spoiler and then wanted to return my car to standard would you just be able to remove the spoiler and refit the original or would you have to have a number of holes filled in and then tailgate sprayed?

Thanks for the help

If you replace a (standard) stock spoiler with Nismo V1 or V2 spoiler, you wold need extra holes. If you go back to stock, some holes would be exposed and need to be filled

sorry to intrude on the act... But I have a v1 spoiler and looking to replace with a v2. Does anyone know if it uses the same the holes in the bootlid left by the v1?
