BMW seats possible in a 350z?
Heyy so i got a set of bmw seats that came off a 2008 335i. Please dont flame.. I have cloth seats in my 350z and i love the leather seats from bmw.. Sooo im curious if the seats will fit. Anybody know? thanks!
I have been looking for oem seats but ive seen them go for a lot. Out of my budget. I found a nice set of 335i seats for a very cheap price. Also, i think the 335i seats are better then the oem seats anyways.

i think having a BMW interior in any car would rock.. Good luck with finding out if the seats work!!!
Personally... I know you will need some custom fab stuff.. the floorboards are totally different in the BMW and the Datsun/Nissan... So Good luck with that aspect of it...
Tip*
Make sure you get the heights and distances as close to the stock seat ratio as possible in order to still maintain some safety in the Z.. You want to also make sure that you tap into maybe the ciggarette lighter or something incase you are using the electric seats. if that fuse blows, try tapping into something that matches the seats voltage and resistance without blowing a fuse or jacking up the seat motor. Another thing... The Z comes equipped with like a little factory Passenger Air Bag Sensor which I belive is built into the seat... I guess you would have to bypass that as well in order to not get a Light out warning.
Good luck with your project.
