You have numerous options.
1. easiest and most cost effective would be to drill in the front of the bumper and be done with it, but I highly recommend going another route.
2. Buy a stillen license plate holder.
3. Buy a bracket that you can set at angles. I have a set of Zealous license plate brackets for my Z.
4. Best option but is a bit pricy, would be to buy that James Bond license plate bracket that forum member A.H. is running, and I believe that precision Z has them for sale at $145.

I dont have the amuse, I have the veilside 3 and I put mine in the tow hook area. Just go to home depot and get some brackets and do it yourself. I think putting it on your bumper should be a last resort with any aftermarket front bumper.
