i have a ppw Z and its in the body shop getting a overhaul, i've come to standstill, i like the black roof look but should i paint the roof only or the roof and trunk, i like the sexiness of the PPW look and dont want to jeopardize it, i just want it done tastefully figure i ask my fellow z family what they think


also i know this is probably a noob question what is our bolt pattern for wheels and what is the perfect offset to be flushed for 19's . thanks guys

what is the stock bolt pattern on our cars?

 

i would get a cf roof .. you can always remove it and sell it if you get tired of it or if you sell your ride -- not to mention it will only cost a little more than painting...

 

just got a black vinyl overlay for your roof.. it's about $80 and not permanent... leave the trunk PPW

^ Agreed. As for bolt pattern and offsets try using the search for common things like that or ppl might burn you for it. Our bolt pattern is 5x114.3 and a safe bet offset would be around +22, you can get more aggressive but thats when fender rolling, tire stretching, camber adjusting come into play.

5x114.3 is the bolt pattern. You should run 19x9.5+15 and 19x10.5+15 FTW.

Black vinyl overlay and keep OEM paint.

What do you guys think of black roofs on other colour cars? I'm chrome silver and have been considering it. (sorry for the hijack OP)
