Default ANOTHER opinions needed thread

Ladies and gentlemen, before y'all say, "don't let us decide how your car should look," I just want to hear/read some opinions. I am getting the Nismo V2 kit with a set of Work Emotion Cr Kai's 18x9.5(Bronze). Now I want the kit to be 2-toned(black/blue) and was debating whether I should keep the rims bronze or have them powdercoated black. Any productive opinions would be very much appreciated. Keep in mind I will see it and make my own decision, but it would be nice to see what y'all have to say on the subject.

Will post pics once I have them both on! Don't worry.

P.S. I didn't know where to put this thread, so if it is incorrectly placed, please move it =)

Don't do a two-tone. I have yet to see a picture of a two-tone or painted roof that makes the 350Z look good.

I personally don't like the black wheel look but I DO think if the stance is right it looks amazing. What color is your car...Blue?

stick with one color, the bronze will look good on either black or blue, whichever your car is.

+1 ...

I just put my V2 on with all painted CS with the grille ONLY painted black. It looks amazing.

I am not a fan of the black bottom v2 kits...like Dave says, i have yet to see one that looks good. IMO, to someone who doesnt know the Nismo kit, it looks like you have unpainted kit peices on the car. Then leave your Work's in bronze, it will look killer.

All body same color = win.

bronze goes fine with blue so I say don't paint them.

Also I don't think 2tone looks good with your car color. If it was a silver color I would say go for it.

Yeah it definitely would be unique, and I do like the two tone. I am getting canards(non-CF) and I would like there to be a contrast to the colors. I haven't seen any V2's with canards that are the same color as the rest of the car so I don't know how that looks. Pics AS SOON as it's done, promise.

Yes my car is blue. I have my stockers painted black with a blue pin stripe around the edge and it looks good. But I have also seen how blue looks with bronze and it's pretty sexy too.

As of now I do not have the kit. I just got a price quote so now working a bit of Overtime =) I personally like the look of black bottom but was second guessing it with bronze rims. Bronze work's are definitely sexy so I am leaning more to keep em that way, just torn between one color or 2tone body kit. Any pics of your car?

Do you know where to find pics of a two toned daytona blue z? i have seen blue z's with the v2 kit but it is all one color. It would be nice to stand out amongst the rest =)

Thanks guys for all your opinions so far. It's helping me come to my conclusion. I am antsy to get all of this done!!

I hate to double post, but have any of you guys seen The Red Ghost's (i think that's his name, not sure) red 2 tone z with the v2 kit? That looks so sick. He has black rims though. And that makes me want to get the work's powdercoated. But bronze looks way cool

EDIT: Click on this link https://my350z.com/forum/members/gho...9-captiva6.jpg

Someone tell me that doesn't look sexy lol

Instead of doing a two tone, take those different colors and mix them, then paint the whole car that color.
