Corrugated aluminum supported with plastic ribbing. Ribs run down the entire length of the sheet. Very strong, Very light weight. race teams use this material for splitters too.
Cheap enough to replace if if gets too jacked up.

for mounting to the front bumper, we pop rivet'd threaded inserts to the bumper and bolted the undertray to that-

Alumalite (variation in spelling: Alumilite .. not aluminite like i had previously stated..) is the material name.. typically used for sheeting/roofing/signs, whatever.. and now racing parts! rofl.

i did a DIY post: https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-an...-easy-diy.html

a while back...

relatively easy to cut, for the rounded areas use a hole saw bit, and jig saw to cut straight lines.

the perfect weekend project for most people capable of measuring things and not cutting off their fingers with power tools. (use eye protection!!!)

surface is also smooth enough to be used for a plug if you were to pull a CF or FRP sheet off if you wanted a CF or FRP copy.. just make sure you use honey comb insert or foam for ridigity.. very easy to vac bag it too with such a flat sheet ...

Wings are useless unless going extremely fast, where then they create downforce...

What is it that you are looking for?

there are no flares just widebody kits that i have seen... splitters are no different than lips...
Brake ducting is functional at speeds much lower than 100 MPH... and many front bumpers incorporate openings to make this possible. The stock front end fails for this.

Sorry I don't have proof to prove the wing thing to you, Expert. Nor do I have the time to search for you. But if I happen to stumble upon some evidence, I will be sure to post here just for you, Stud. Once you actually have had both, maybe you won't need me to prove it to you. Read and repeat on the internet. A plague of forums.

My purpose? I didn't think you knew my purpose, and I didn't think I mentioned what has been done to my Z. I would just like to finish this post with.... TOOL!(by my definition only)

I can see your on the rag, ill leave this be...

EDIT: No proof or point.
