Default Cancel windows auto protection mode

Hello guys! Can I cancel the windows auto protection mode? I have reset the button few times but the problem still. When I use the auto-close the windows goes down half. Thanks.

Have you removed/repaired that door recently? If it isn't reinstalled properly, you could experience that problem.

No, they were only reset few times.

Hmm.. Well you really don't wanna turn off that auto protection mode. Unless you wanna keep your windows always rolled down. Otherwise you run the risk of breaking the glass every time you open/close the door. But the reason it's doing what you describe is because it senses some sort of obstruction when it closes, so something's not right.

Is it doing it all the time? Only when it's dry, wet, etc?
