Default Today work & a lil work on the Z.

Today my Zee Bracket came in. It was easy no drilling here for the 06 - 08 models. www.courtesyparts.com/zee-bracket-350z-license-plate-holder-p-19461.html?cPath=7694&

Also I put in a new d/s door vent. The old one was missing a lil vent adjuster.

You should be alright here in Houston. Ive driven mine for years w/o a front plate and nothing. *knocking*

HPD doesnt pull over for that, but state troopers will, so be careful when on the outskirts.

Hey speaking of tickets you can get a ticket here in Ohio if you use wipers without the headlights being on.

I've kept mine off except when I needed to use long term parking at LAX. After I got ticketed there, I started using zip ties. When I get home, snip snip. No hassles from any cops yet.

OP where you from?? I'm outside Dayton and drive daily without a front plate and haven't been pulled over yet. I'm going to break that law as long as I possibly can.

Ohio has a BS window tint law too, 50% is as dark as you can legally go up front... my 15% hasn't gotten me pulled over yet tho.. another Ohio law I will continue to ignore. =-)

I'd say maybe 60% of Cali drivers follow that front plate law. I got ticketed once- pissed me off cuz there were a dozzen more cars within 100 feet of me without front liscence plates and they didn't get ticketed. They were all beaters. Meter-maid prolly jealous my cars nicer than his.

Ed: I still don't put up my front plate.

Do you think i'll be ok with a 35% Tint I know 15% is dark. I wonder how they test the tint if they pull you over. Yeah Ohio side windows 50% gay gay gay!!!!

never heard that one before.

I don treally see alot of people getting pulled over for tint either. I've been driving around with 30% for about two years, my sister has been driving with 20% for about a year in Columbus, never a hassle.

The front plate thing is lame though. i still have it on, its easy to notice by a passing cop and I dont want to tempt fate.

Once while driving my 240sx, I got pulled over for my tint while my windows were all the way down. The cop made me roll up my windows half way so he could test them then gave me a ticket. FML
