hi everyone, im brand new to this site and just bought my cherry 05 grand touring. Right now its at my body shop where im paying $400 to completely repaint and restore the front bumper. it was not really damaged just some minor scuffs, paint chips and the holes for the license plate bracket. Anyway i was hoping you guys could tell me A-if thats a fair price, and B-is there anyway i can mount a front plate without damaging or drilling the bumper?? Im really a perfectionist when it comes to my car and one of my biggest pet peeves is front license plates. I think it ruins the whole look of the car.
I would really appreciate any help!
Also I just ordered a replacement silver cover for the rear tower strut bar $60 shipped (mine was custom painted). Its probably a dumb question but does anyone know how to install it? LOL!!
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, im still trying to figure this out!

Try this for your front plate. I've been using it for a year now and have no complaints.

Replacing the strut bar cover is easy, it is held in with snaps and no screws. Pull off the pieces that are on top of each end of the cover. Then you can pull back the pieces that surround the front and back of the cover. Hard to describe, but trust me it is easy. Just go easy and don't pull too hard/fast on the plastic pieces.

I thought the Grand Touring wasn't available till 2006?

400 is a good price. Check out my thread for your license plate.
