Stained acrylic gauge
Hi, ok so I was trying to clean the 3 gauges with the stuff that is used to clean LCD screens, as soon as I wipe the multigauge it got all stained and whitish, I didnt want to rub it any further without first asking for advice, what can I do to clean it?!
It helps if you post pics when referring to something that is seen. I would try plastic polish, like that used on headlights or maybe rubbing compound with a wet rag. Sounds like there might be something in the cleaner that burned the plastic.
If you can't get it cleaned off, I recommend checkinghttp://www.slidegood.com for a used one. The dealer will probably charge in the range of $150 for a new one.
If you end up needing to replace it, please PM me, I will buy it from you. I have a use for it.
