Default What type of clamp is this?? Need help!!

The clamps that hold the bumper to the fender below..

I have been searching like a **** and cant find what they are called exactly, or where to buy them.. Im sick of bolting on the bumper.. I need easy access..

Looks like a tension lock. Plenty of varieties available. I assume this one is functional.

Dragsters and other race cars often use a simple rubber tension lock. You will also find tension locks adapted from aircraft, cold storage containers and shipping containers.

I think you might want to look into something like these...

...clip fasteners for toolbox lids are something like what your looking for.

You also see them on truck toolbox lids...thats exactly whats on those cars pictured.
