you getting a signal through the wires? Make sure you didn't accidentally cross wire. The electronic/wiring/tech subsection might be more useful, maybe you can move your post there (need a moderator to move the thread)

Well it really sounds to me like a fuse is blown due to wire crossing... Also why are you wiring them to your parking light? Shouldn't the markers be wired to the turn signals? I'm on my iPod right now, but when I get to a computer I will try linking a D.I.Y.

Default fuse box

there is a third fuse box located behind the battery, u will have to remove the cover for the battery and the covers that the battery cover attaches too to get to it, check the fuses in it. i know the fuse for the tail lights is located there not sure what else though.

I did the job. Just take a tester and see if you got dc in the wires. I did it few months ago and I dont remember, but probably they are LEDs in the interior and have polarity. May try swapping the wires. www.sagahid.com

i have actually done this swap and its easy...you just have to get the wires right at first...because it sounds like a fuse somewhere in 1 of 3 boxes...a fuse can only hold the crossed wire for so long before it blows...i connected mine to the turn signal on a quick disconnect so if i had to remove the headlight i could without an issue. it took me 2 hours to cut holes shim an mount them an as i said NO PROBLEMS at all...it has to be your wires! double check BOTH sets of wires because it is one complete circut!
