I wanted to buy a B&M short shifter; but after reading the threads on this board I decided to go with a NISMO unit. More reliability, less problems & it has several positions you can use from 40% quicker than stock to 20% longer than stock.

i think it is a waste of money since your Z comes with a short shifter already. if you had done a search rather than make a new thread you would have found that answer yourself

When I bought my '05 Z the previous owner had already installed a B&M short shifter and I am really happy with it. The only problem is that it is noisy, but if I just take the time, there is an easy fix for that.

I read alot of reviews of the B&M and alot of people dislike it.. I am leaning towards the Nismo adjustable short throw shifter now.. what do u guys think about that?

not to sound like a broken record but if you search, you'll find reviews on all of them from over the years
