Question question for ppl w/nismo body kit...

not sure if this has been addressed already, and if so then i apologize...

anyone with the nismo body kit have any trouble with scraping from hitting speedbumps / potholes / curbs? i'm a few months away from getting my z (still saving my pennies), and was considering getting the full nismo kit. but after seeing one at a dealer it seemed a little too low for comfort. granted, this car also had lowering springs, but i'm still curious as to how much lower the kit makes the car.

thanks.

I have the full kit.
You should not have any issues with curbs or speed bumps that don't already effect the car.
I go over ALL bumps slowly, even when I was stock.
The Z does not have a gereat amount of clearence.

Check out my car HERE

thanks clayton. your post makes me more confident in getting the kit. guess i'll just have to be super careful around the speedbumps!

love your car by the way. i remember seeing it here when you first got your stripes put on. it's certainly come a long way!

Just like you said drive carefully and make sure you angle on turns into steep driveways or other simliar things. For speedbumps angle if you can but if not just take it nice and slow.
