Not only do I think he's a piece of shit & don't want to help his business in any way, I'm scared he'd recognize my name from the admin/ moderator section & sabotage my pieces.
We understand entirely. I can assure that our ties no longer reside with SSUSA or with any member of its staff. Unfortunately we will no longer be offering Mastergrade after this last diffuser is gone, but it will be nice to see the cycle slowly die out.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE MADE PURCHASES WITH US, AND EXPERIENCED LESS-THAN-SATISFACTORY SERVICE:

... Please chime in. Whether it be through PM, E-Mail (info@drivelinestore.com), or Phone ((818) 710-6666), please let us know!!!! We are here to help. If we can compensate in any way, WE WILL!!! First we need to know who you are, what you purchased, and where there were problems.

We're not going anywhere, and we're certainly not going to leave you feeling unsatisfied. Now is the time to help us help you.

I was told my wheels would arrive at a sooner date, before I placed my order. They arrived about ~2 weeks later than expected. Should have been more clear on my situation before.
It's good that you detached yourself from any associations with Mastergrade.
Like I said, besides the timeframe, communication was prompt and everything went as smoothly as I could have asked for. No issues with Eric or Driveline in general.

Again, I apoligize for that. When every order is processed, we always mark the estkmated date of delivery on the issued sales receipt. This date is about as accurate as we can get, given the time frames issued by the manufacturer.

With items specially ordered from Japan, the lead times can get delayed a bit. Here's why:

- Order is placed with the customer
- Customer's order is processed and sent to the manufacturer
- Manufacturer puts in the request and consolidates it (the order) with the accounts receivable department in Japan
- The order is made or packaged with the overseas manufacturer
- Once all of the items on the initial order from the US distribution facility (or US office of the manufacturer) are made, each package is shipped to their logistics provider.
- Once the logistics provider receives each package, the entire order is loaded onto a 20 or 40 cbm container.
- From there it takes about 10-15 days for the container to arrive stateside, 2-3 days for customs clearance, and another 2-3 days for their warehouse to sort through all of the received packages.
- When we get the notice from the manufacturer (stateside) that our order is ready for will call, it takes us about 1-2 days to pick up the package and ship it to the customer.
- Shipping lead times generally range between 5-7 business days.

Hopefully this helps breakdown why your order was delayed a week or two.

I have done business with M1 (AI) AND CinCity designs so I dont have to hear much bad press to never buy from a vendor which obviously rules Driveline out. Regardless I thought it was refreshing to hear a vendor defend himself with well put arguments and a sincere sounding approach. Whether its a smoke screen or not to me is just speculation but either way I'm starting to wonder why there has been this many threads like this lately.

Sure thing. As long as we have it in stock I am sure I can help. What did you want, and at what price were you quoted?

OP,
had you purchased authentic.. you would have, most likely, avoided this whole mess...
How much did you end up saving in the end? Replica (POS) vs Authentic JDM goodness?

@Driveline
-A few of us questioned why you were dealing with SS.usa/mastergrade from the beginning... at least you learned that they could not be trusted... To bad it came at the cost of your reputation..

Well Mastergrade dealt with SS. We dealt with SS due to a previous lasting friendship (business and personal). However, this mess (as well as through many previous issues) ended all of that. We can't apologize enough for any of our customers who were affected by this mess.

To help restore any previous issues we (or SS) may have caused, we ask that those customers please chime in. If we can help compensate in any way, we will.

Now this, sounds like a professional... Instead of sidestepping any issues, you are tackling it head on.
Good for you! And I applaud your honesty and willingness to help your customers.
