Anyone know what is the best way to get the OEM spoiler off the hatch with min dmg? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Open the hatch.
Remove the black plastic thing.
Remove spoiler hardware.
Close the hatch. Pull and wiggle. Wiggle and pull.

Alright I got the 2x 10mm bolts off the rear and started to loosen the 3m tape with the spatula. My only problem is this clip, I can not find it anywhere nor a way to get anywhere near it. Anyone know?

It's not really a "clip", it's more like one of the little plastic snap-in connector. BTW - I wouldn't use a spatula, you'll damage the paint too much. Use some monofilament line or dental floss and snake it between the spoiler and body to cut and separate the DS tape.
