well to be honest the commmunication was great.. he seemed honest and sent me 8 pics with his username next to it.... its very frusterating to me he is still on the forums after i even tried sending messages to the mods which were also ignored. however the claim is against him and he has 10 days to respond or i should get my money back since his account is limted and he cant touch that money. ill geuss we'll see.

That's his Internet Service Provider...maybe if you give them a call and provide them some proof that he scammed you they maybe be willing to contact him in some way for you. But unless they have a court order or police report, they probably will not directly release that information to you.

Check and see if anyone knows him in the regional forums. Oh why dont you just login to his paypal account and check his contact info. His name street address and phone should be there, unless he wiped it clean before giving it to you.
