Default Door Panel and Dash Repair

I bought my Z a few months back, and its in great shape other than a nasty scratch on the door panel, and on on the dash, both on the passenger side. I was wondering if I could repair both without replacing the entire panels. Im going out to take pictures now.

I have yet to see anybody do a decent repair on interior panels. Most appear to be covered/coated with some rubbery substance that once you scratch, tear or scuff, there is no way to restore the original appearance. Learn to live with it or replace the whole panel.

^^Agreed. The good thing is that 350Z interior parts come up in the private classifieds all the time now. Some are quite reasonable and a better investment of time and money than trying to repair the damage.
