Wind noise from shoulder harness
I like to ride with the windows open when the weather is nice but the wind noise around the shoulder harness is very annoying. If I put my hand around the piece that sticks out from the B-pillar behind the headrest, the noise goes away.
I'm looking for suggestions on how to eliminate that noise?

Your wind buffeting problem, is similar to the effect the flat nylon straps on a bicycle helmet can cause. Most of these helmets have chin straps that pass down just in front and just behind your ear. At speed this arrangement sometimes creates quite a lot of wind noise. There are a few gadgets on the market that basically clamp a round plastic tube over the front strap. The round shape (like your fist over your seatbelt) changes the aerodynamics enough to stop the wind noise. I find I can achieve the same results by merely giving the strap a twist in the same area on my helment.
After you buckle the shoulder strap, try putting a twist into the strap. Flatten out the portion that is across your chest, pushing the twisted portion up towards the B-pillar. This twist will form into a smooth round section that might just do the trick for you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it today by twisting the belt where it goes through guide loop at the end of the piece that comes forward from the B pillar. It was much quieter that way.
