i was wondering if anyone has cut the lips off there quarters instaed of rolling them let me no what u guys think ...

 

Plenty of people have done this instead of rolling. Just be sure to paint the cut edge so that it does not rust.

Mine are cut.....way better than rolling IMO.

 

how much did u cut off of them like half way or what?

 

Does it make the edge flemsy when you remove that inner lip? I'm in a situation where I've rolled as far as I feel comfortable with, but need just a little more. I've got a set of the NISMO fender trim pieces in case I eff it up when I do whatever I'm gonna do to get those last few millimeters out of it.
