Im ready to ditch these.. has ANYONE installed these on thier car before? Im down to cut n fit, but if the end result aint gna work...id love to hear about it before i go trimming 800 dollar parts.


Seriously, looks like id have to trim a half onch off the flange of these, and then the fastener tabs are gna be shot, so I will have to fab those too. AND the switch panel is a close enuff for handgrenades situation... the tabs dont line up, crooked etc....

Just wondering if anyone has been able to install a pair succesfully and have things line up, door glass still work, etc.

 

 

you should of searched before you bought the fitment is horrible on those things

They arent installed. Um....

If they were installed, i would be able to see where they dont fit.. and then would fix it. Like a big boy.

I could however post some pics of my pointing my finger to areas where i think i may have a problem....maybe throw up a thumbs up or a thumbs down....but then Id be a huge douche for taking said pictures and then taking the time to photobucket them all before posting them. haha. Cmon here ppl! heh heh.

Thanks for the thread address tho... it seems liek NO one has installed these before... and I searched like hell too..... even the manufacturer cant give me a referral as to a successful install.. thats not a good sign.


So i figure Ill probably make a few meausrements and then just start cutting.. if I messit up.. ill use them at the shooting range.... and then Ill post pics of THAT.

I won em on ebay brand new in the box from a guy who foreclosed someones storage unit and has no idea what they are.. they cost me ONE SINGLE AMERICAN DOLLAR.
