Default Bi Xenon upgrade

I'm looking to uprgrade to the bi xenon headlights and want to know if there truely is a differance compared to the older headlights. Some people tell me there isn't but I just have a hard time believing that.

there isn't. just one bulb vs a low beam and high beam bulb. biggest difference is the price

Are you kidding me. THe cutoff is so crisp with the Bi-xenon. No light scatter. More usable light. With the highs on, its like day light. I upgraded for the amazing looks and was blown away by performance.

If you have the dough go for it. The improvement in looks alone is worth the price imo.

It's a difference, just not a $1,200+ difference

A 50W HID kit... that's really it other than new OEM xenon bulbs. Xenon bulbs do age and get dimmer over time, a new set will make a pretty big difference on 3+ year old bulbs depending on how much they were used.

I personally went the cheap but difficult route of tearing open my 04 headlamps and ripping the half-assed performing projectors out and installing some bixenon projectors from a BMW M3. Pretty damn big difference for me, glad I did it!
