looks nice but i love vented hoods. idk why lol
i went with the CF TS style..the VSII looked too tacky on the 07 and got rid of the sick HQ35 hump

I didn't weigh them, but it's definitely not enough that you can feel holding them. I think I even read somewhere that the Seibon hoods may be 1-2 pounds heavier because of the extra material needed in order to keep it's shape. That said, a vented hood offers other pros that out-weigh the stock hood, i.e. lower engine temps. Plus they look dope.

I know alot of guys are not running hood pins, but I would recommend it. A buddy of mine was running down the road only doin' about 40 mph when his hood flew up and busted his glass and effed up his roof. After he told me about it, I noticed the material around the hood latch had some small cracks in it. Bought some latches immediately.

i swear i just read this somewhere but will a cf vis hood will work with a 5/16 space and oem tower bar

hey blue350zed did you install the aerocatch hood pins yourself? if so was it very difficult on the TS hood?

Yeah, I did it myself. There are some threads in the DIY, but it's pretty simple.

Someone suggested that i always thought it would be a hard job to install them however...PM'ed blue350 with some questions..
